Demolition was our solution!
We couldn’t find the right lot for the size home we wanted. Cindy & Jody help us find one. There was an old mobile home on the lot that we had to get rid of. Jody Demma Parker took care of the demolition and the lot prep and Demma Mobile Home Sales took care of the new construction. A real turn key experience that was easy all the way.

A Turned Key Service !
I've had the privilege of working with Jody Demma Parker Inc. for the past 5+ years and currently contract JDP Inc. as my primary set-up contractor for manufactured homes on the East Coast of FL.
JDP Inc. provides a professional set-up & tie down installation within 2-3 days of delivery, allowing myself and my company to receive Certificate of Occupancy in less than 30 days. They also provide a turn-key service that aids in keeping the other contractors to a set schedule and I utilize JDP Inc. to complete the final interior trim work.
In addition, they build and submit all permit packages for each new home saving myself precious time and labor.
I would highly recommend Jody Demma Parker Inc. for your endeavors.
